Preparation Details 

• Coordinating and contracting with venues 

• Obtaining and screening jurors

• Communicating with jurors to obtain pertinent information and prepare them for the event

• Purchasing food and supplies for the jurors for the day of the event

The Day of Event Details

• Directing and compensating jurors 

• Presenting the instructions and opening of the case before the attorneys present 

• Separating jurors into deliberation rooms and   instructing them on deliberations

• Setting up the A/V system so attorneys can view the deliberation rooms 

• Handling juror issues and questions
